Position Summary:Statewide (SW) Financial Systems is responsible for providing leadership and direction in the planning and development of the university's financial system. It has the responsibility for the control and reporting of all finance modules.
Works under general supervision. Typical office duties include, but are not limited to: providing clerical support to SW Financial Systems, photocopying, filing, faxing, scanning, mail preparation and distribution, and data entry of daily activity into BANNER.

Education and/or training required for this position (including licenses):
Must be a student taking a minimum of 6 credits during the school semester.
Type and length of experience required for this position:
Some type of previous office experience is preferred.
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required for this position:
Knowledge of general office equipment and personal computers. Ability to pay close attention to detail, work in an organized manner, follow instructions, and work without close supervision. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and security of all information. Knowledge of Microsoft products with general office experience and/or data entry skills.
