Position Summary:Do you like to problem solve and fix things with your hands? Enjoy a little grease under your nails? Have we got the job for you!
As an SRC Facility Support employee, you will be tasked with solving issues with a wide array of equipment. From attaching a seat back to a piece of exercise equipment, to installing a new motor on a treadmill, each day will present a new task to be completed. Self motivation is a must! Work hours are flexible, although may need to be adjusted at times to be able to communicate with companies in the lower 48.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of mechanics or at least the ability to problem solve gym equipment issues a must. Must be self-reliant and motivated. There are manuals but most of the job is calling the manufacturer or looking for resources online to aid in fixing equipment. Attention to detail and time management skills are critical for this position.
