Stanley Consultants Inc. (SCI) is seeking applications for one (1) dynamic project coordinator to support the Air Force’s F-35 Program Management Office (PMO) at Eielson Air Force Base, Alaska. Position will be filled mid-March to early April 2018. The
main objective of the F-35 Program Management Office (PMO) is to provide on-site Architect-Engineering (A-E) Services to Support F-35 Beddown Planning, Programming, and Project Management support at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska.

Primary Responsibilities for the Position:
Conduct project control activities to include: Maintaining and continuously improving the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), individual project scheduling, and advanced project tracking tools currently in use with the team.
Produce weekly and monthly program level reports and briefing slides to various program stakeholders based on the IMS and project tracking tools utilized by the team. Produce ad-hoc reports and briefings based on IMS and project tracking tools.
Assists program and project managers in planning, organizing, communicating, and coordinating construction projects in all areas of planning, programming (project approval documents and funds requests) and project management; serves as one of the key points
of contact at Eielson AFB to interface with various F-35 program and project stakeholders and subject matter experts. Assists in maintaining meticulous project records and filling in for project managers in their absence.
Track and report comprehensive project status including requirements development, siting, approvals, permitting, programming, design reviews, submittals, construction activities, quality assurance, and transfer/acceptance/warranty activities.
Achieve project objectives for quality/scopes, budgets, and schedules
The qualifications of the candidates should include the following requirements and desirable skills:
Bachelor’s degree in one of the following: Engineering, Engineering Technology, Architecture, Construction Management/Science, Project Management, or related Physical Science.
3-5 years of experience in either engineering, architecture, construction, project controls, or facility management.
Proficiency in using scheduling software such as Primavera or MS Project
Excellent report writing skills.
Excellent documentation and record keeping skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office suite with emphasis on MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Motivated, energetic, and a willingness to learn.
Ability to pass a US Government background check, obtain Common Access Card (CAC), and utilize government computer systems.
- Experience in programming or managing projects for DOD.
