The Kuskokwim Campus is looking for a temporary cook for the summer camps being held.
Experience cooking and baking in a cafeteria style food service program for 35 or more people.
Familiar with temperature uniformity for various food dishes.
Menu planning skills required,
Cafeteria style meal preparation.
Menu planning experience.
Typical Education or Training:
Certificate in food service preparation or an equivalency of 5 years cooking experience.
