Position Summary:The Interior Alaska Campus is looking for a dedicated, hardworking student to join our team. The position will be responsible for light projects, greeting incoming visitors and various office duties as assigned.

In 1987, the Interior Alaska Campus was created by a University of Alaska Fairbanks restructuring process which expanded to include rural areas and produced the College of Rural and Community Development. The Interior Alaska Campus became one of several rural campuses within the college. The Interior Alaska Campus is unique among these campuses because it is decentralized throughout the Interior and part of the Aleutian chain. The Interior Alaska Campus is made up of six former Rural Education Centers. They each serve as the hub of educational services for the surrounding villages.
This is a temporary student position, with various hours on an as needed basis, with no benefits. Duties to include: answering the telephone, filing, typing, copying, data entry and expediting. Performing other related duties as assigned.
Assist with supporting administrative, academic and student services of the IAC Campus.
Preference will be given to students who are pre-approved for the Work Study Program through the Financial Aid Office.
